Upon successful payment, customers receive immediate access to digital content and proprietary educational resources.

No Refunds After Access Is Granted

Because our products are digital and access is provided immediately after purchase, they cannot be returned, revoked, or physically recovered once delivered.

Therefore, once access to any course, video training, digital resource, downloadable material, member area, or educational content has been granted, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

No refunds, cancellations, credits, exchanges, or partial refunds will be provided after course access has been activated.

Customer Acknowledgement

• You understand that the product is delivered digitally.
• You understand that access is granted immediately after successful payment.
• You understand that digital products cannot be returned once accessed.

• You will not initiate chargebacks or payment disputes based solely on dissatisfaction, lack of implementation, change of mind, personal circumstances, or failure to achieve desired results.

Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate payment caused by a technical error.
• Accidental multiple charges for the same order.
• Payment processed successfully but course access was never provided and the issue could not be resolved by our support team.
• Cases where a refund is required under applicable law.

Any approved refund shall be made solely at the discretion of Ad Kreators after reviewing the circumstances of the request.

Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access to digital products may constitute a violation of these terms.

Ad Kreators reserves the right to provide payment processors, banks, and financial institutions with proof of purchase, access logs, login records, email communications, and course usage records to contest invalid chargeback claims.
